Teradyne has shipped 8,000 of its J750 semiconductor test systems that are used for wafer sort and final test solutions for microcontrollers, wireless devices, image sensors and more.
The 8,000th unit was shipped to V-Test, a Chinese semiconductor assembly and test vendor that provides testing and production services for fabless companies and design houses in China and overseas. The company tests ICs for sectors like:
- Automotive
- Computing
- Mobility
- Power
- Consumer
V-Test owns more than 1,000 Teradyne SoC testers for volume production and test engineering.
The J750 system allows users to deliver higher throughput and increased site count, reducing single-site test time and optimizing parallel test efficiency.
