The world’s first 65-inch class OLED Wallpaper Hotel TV (model 65EV960H) combines LG’s hotel TV technology with a sleek aesthetic and the unparalleled image quality of the award-winning LG SIGNATURE OLED TV W, now available on the consumer market. LG OLED TVs have the ability to turn pixels completely on or off, allowing for perfect black levels and infinite contrast to display vibrant colors that other LCD displays don’t produce, according to LG.

The 65EV96OH is 3.86mm (.015 inches) thin and installs with slim mounting brackets and a magnetic mat. The electrical components are housed in the device’s media box, which is connected through an ultra-thin flat cable. This allows the panel to lie flush against the wall. The Ultra HD OLED display’s technology can be seen from a wide viewing angle.

The LE OLED Wallpaper Hotel TV comes with the Pro: Idiom® digital rights management system and flexible LG Pro: Centric® Smart applications platform, which allows for simple interactive platforms. The display also supports high dynamic range (HDR) formats, including HDR 10, Dolby Vision and HLG. The TV’s 4K upscale enhances details and colors of non-4K content. The screen has 8 million+ pixels. The 65EV96OH is one of the first TVs to incorporate Dolby Atmos Sound.

The LE OLED Wallpaper Hotel TV joins the 55- and 65-inch class LG OLED hotel TVs (models 65EW960H and 55EW960H). A host of LG OLED commercial displays is now available for hotel public spaces. They include Dual-View Curved Tiling, Dual-View Flat, Video Wall, Open Frame, Wallpaper Digital Signage and In-Glass Wallpaper LG OLED displays.

This new TV will first be displayed at HITEC 2017 (June 27-29, Metro Toronto Convention Centre).
