PuppTech launched an Indiegogo campaign for the PuppComm, a portable, cloud-connected monitoring device that allows dog owners to know their pet is always in a safe environment.

PuppComm provides real-time information transmitted through the cloud to the PuppTech app. The app alerts owners when there are any changes in the environment, such as a heating or cooling system failure. PuppComm works via Wi-Fi at home or via cellular capacity from anywhere else.
The PuppComm system consists of three parts. The PuppComm is a palm-sized device that monitors the environment around the dog. The app is cloud-connected and provides custom alerts based on the individual dog’s unique characteristics including breed, weight, age, health history and more. Alerts include heat index, battery, timer, out-of-range signal and barking. Finally, the window stickers: if you do need to leave your dog in the car, each PuppComm comes with a window sticker to share information about your dog’s safety with the concerned passerby.
The PuppComm isn’t a wearable, so it can be used to monitor an unlimited amount of dogs near the device. The PuppComm can also track your dog’s location via GPS while in transit and has a built-in microphone to check in and listen for any barking reactions or whining.
