LG Electronics announced the release of their new smartphone the LG X-Charge. The X-Charge is available in the U.S. on Comcast’s wireless service, Xfinity Mobile. It features the largest battery in a smartphone at 4,500 mAh with a 5.5-inch HD display.
LG designed the X-Charge to provide their customers with the maximum usage from their smartphone between charges. The goal for this phone was to have one of the best battery lives on the market, without having to sacrifice other features, like a high-quality camera and HD screen, according to LG.
The X-Charge targets heavy-duty users who want to find a phone with a large display, advanced camera and long battery life. The X-Charge battery is a 4,500 mAh battery, allowing users to watch movies, TV shows and play games without quickly draining their phone battery. Users don’t have to worry about having a phone charger on them at all times because, according to LG, the X-Charge battery can last a whole weekend before needing to charge again.
Other features of the X-Charge include a 5.5-inch HD in-cell touch display with 1,280 x 720 resolution. It also has a 5MP wide angle front camera. The LG Smart UX includes Auto Shot and Gesture Interval shot that trigger the shutter as soon as a face or hand gesture is detected. The camera also is Quick Share enabled so users can share photos to social media with one click. The camera on the back has 13 MP and a soft LED flash.
The LG X-Charge will be available on the Xfinity mobile website, call centers and Xfinity stores beginning June 30, 2017. To learn more about this device, visit the LG site.
