Electric personal transportation company, Segway, recently launched its Ninebot by Segway miniPRO in the U.S. Now the company is showing it off at CES 2016.
Segway miniPRO.
The miniPRO comes equipped with a high-performance lithium-ion battery for sustainable power (up to 19 miles on a single charge with a top-speed of 11 mph) and an aircraft-grade magnesium alloy frame that accommodates riders up to 220 pounds. The miniPro is compact enough to stash in almost any vehicle, too.
The miniPRO was developed self-balancing technology and comes with an on-board computer that can read the rider's movements at over 200 times per second using complex algorithms, sensors and processors.
Riders can also download the Ninebot by Segway App to monitor speed, enable a tamper-proof alarm, view dashboard data, customize lighting controls and even remotely operate an unmanned unit.
