Intel Corp. is progressing toward high-volume production of its Intel 18A process technology targeting a second half of 2025 date.
Intel 18A brings its foundry business to more state-of-the-art process nodes including two semiconductor manufacturing technologies:
- RibbonFET gate all-around transistors
- PowerVia, Intel’s backside power delivery
