27 April 2023

Epilog Laser, the leading producer of carbon dioxide (CO2) and fiber laser engraving, cutting and marking systems, has expanded its Fusion Maker Laser Series.

Meeting the needs of the market with more entry-level machinery choices, the Fusion Maker 24 and 36 expanded Epilog’s popular entry-level Fusion Maker Series with larger work areas and higher wattages of lasers. Available in a 40 W configuration, the Fusion Maker 24 features a 24 inch x 24 inch (609 mm x 609Source: Epilog LaserSource: Epilog Laser mm) engraving table. The Fusion Maker 36 boasts a 36 inch x 24 inch (914 mm x 609 mm) work area and is available in 40 W and 50 W configurations. Both come equipped with Epilog’s IRIS Camera System, which allows the user to see a real-time image of the laser bed so they may precisely position their artwork on engraving pieces in less time than ever before.

“The response to the Fusion Maker has been incredible,” said Mike Dean, vice president of sales and marketing for Epilog Laser, “Customers have been asking for more choices in the Fusion Maker Series, and we’ve answered with a product lineup that meets the needs of customers looking for a lower price point for a large work area with high quality engraving.”

Features of the Fusion Maker Series include:

  • 60 inches per second engraving speeds
  • IRIS Camera positioning: Overhead cameras provide an accurate picture of the working area for incredibly precise artwork placement.
  • Touch screen at the laser: Select between jobs, change settings and more right at the laser from the easy-to-use touch screen.
  • Safeguard features: Keep the mechanics of the laser machine cleaner than ever before with side bellow enclosures, a fully covered x-axis assembly and covered lens assembly.
