Orbic has introduced a new mobile 5G hotspot for Verizon users that offers up to 12 hours of continuous use, Ethernet connectivity and can connect up to 30 devices at CES 2022.

The Orbic Speed 5G features a 2.4 inch display to monitor data use and adjust settings. The hotspot is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 5G modem-RF system, which is a single-chip solution for 5G sub 6 Ghz and millimeter wave connectivity.

The hotspot includes a 4400 mAh removable battery and comes with quick charging that allows for 50% of its battery to be charged in about 30 minutes.

The hotspot enables a 5G stable network using Wi-Fi 6 standard and dual-band Wi-Fi technologies. Orbic said that the device could be used for both enterprise and education customers as well as for personal use depending on the individual needs.
