FoxFury Lighting Solutions has introduced an upgrade to its Scout Series of utility lights that doubles the brightness to 65 lumens and is both water and fire resistant.
The utility light can be handheld or clipped to clothing, or it can be worn on a belt, strap, pocket, bag or backpack for hands-free use. Based on FoxFury’s True to Life light-emitting diode (LED) technology, the utility light offers sharper color vision and high brightness to enable it to go places and survive conditions that other lights cannot, the company says.
The utility light comes in a white LED model with two simple modes and a red LED version that has four modes, including an alternating white and red LED mode, and a low-light mode for completing up-close tasks such as reading.
The 65 lumen lights are powered by three AA batteries with a life of 12 to 50 hours. The utility light is available now at various retailers.
