Smart home lighting vendor Govee has launched its second-generation lighting and sound solution that combines Govee’s lighting solutions with JBL’s audio technology for home entertainment.

Called The Govee Table Lamp 2 Pro x Sound by JBL, the lighting source reacts to music in just 32 milliseconds with 210 individually customizable RGBICWW LED beads. Govee said the lamp can deliver visuals that are 20% better than the previous generation and each bead can be programmed individually for multiple colors.

Govee said the table has more than 100 preset lighting scenes that can seamlessly switch from festive vibes for parties to meditation and reading modes. Other features include:

  • Adjustable brightness
  • Color temperatures
  • A 2.5-inch 500 cc speaker
  • Wi-Fi stereo connection
  • Dual-lamp compatibility
  • 5200 mAh battery for about 4.5 hours of performance

The Govee Table Lamp 2 Pro x Sound by JBL works with Alexa, Google Assistant and Matter for voice control. It can also be controlled through the Govee Home app. The lamp can be synced with up to 10 other Govee devices in the app.

The lamp is available at the end of June 2025 priced at $179.99.
