Korean mobile communications vendor SensorView has rolled out a transparent RF antenna designed to increase overall efficiencies in 5G network infrastructure.
The omni transparent antenna, produced using a nano mesh technique, can be used for several designs and interiors allowing for an operation frequency range from 617 MHz to 6 GHz with a transparency of 95%, SensorView said.
The RF antenna has no cover to reduce carbon emissions and the antenna can be used up to 1 W maximum power.
SensorView said the RF antenna could be used in applications such as buildings, hospitals, hotels and department stores as well as integrated designs inside windows. The antennas increase efficiency of 5G network infrastructure as well as wireless and test and measurement devices.
