Mobileye, a division of Intel Corp., has expanded its agreement with Zeekr for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) for future electric vehicles (EVs).
Zeekr, a global electric mobility technology company, will introduce what it claims is the world’s most advanced safety technology in the market for advanced, intelligent vehicles.
As part of the long-term agreement, Mobileye will work to create advanced ADAS systems for a variety of Zeekr models. Beginning in the fourth quarter of 2021, Zeekr will launch vehicles with Mobileye’s SuperVision, a full stack ADAS solution powered by two EyeQ5 system-on-chip devices processing data from 11 cameras.
From there, the two companies will collaborate on a next-generation system powered by six EyeQ5 SoCs for a comprehensive ADAS experience that will debut in 2023.
