Laser Components USA Inc. will once again exhibit at ATX West, August 10-12, 2021, showcasing the Flexpoint series of products. ATX is a leading automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing tradeshow that brings together thought leaders, suppliers, and experts, helping to shape factories for the future. This year, 70 countries, 1,400 exhibitors and 13,000 attendees will come together at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.

Source: Laser Components USAThe Flexpoint MVpulse laser module combines two criteria of machine vision: Bright light with output powers up to 100 mW and class 2 eye safety. The electronics match acquisition frequency and illumination pulses to each other, enabling high output powers without the use of complex protective measures. Flexpoint MVpulse line laser modules combines both of these requirements. The continuous wave laser beam is pulsed by an integrated microcontroller in such a way that each pulse is up to five times stronger than in continuous wave operation. Measured along a defined pulse sequence, the module meets the requirements of laser class 1 or 2.
