Newark, a division of Avnet, has added a digital storage oscilloscope from Tektronix to its test and measurement portfolio.
The TBS2000B oscilloscope features automated measurements and a large 9-inch display and is a drop-in replacement for the TBS2000 series with the same form factor and programmable interface.
The test device includes 32 automated measurements and on-waveform cursor readouts with search and mark features that enable easy identification of events that occur in the acquired waveform. The display comes with a 5-million-point record length and 2GS/s sample rate when enables users to capture and display more signal, speeding up debug and design validation.
The interface enables a wide application coverage using active differential and current probes with automatic scaling and units. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi support, 2 USB host ports and 100-BaseT Ethernet for measurements and collaboration.
