Qorvo’s QPB2328 spans 5 to 210 MHz with dual amplifiers configurable for balanced operation and providing 17.5 dB of gain. Designed to provide a low noise, high gain option using an 8 V power supply, the QPB2328 can also be used in 5 V, single ended applications with reduced linearity requirements. At 8 V, this IC provides low noise (3.5 dB) with OIP3 of 46 dBm and P1dB of 27 dBm. Offered in a standard SOIC8 package.
