The BX300 SSD line is a 2.5-inch form factor drive that is available in 120 GB, 240 GB and 480 GB. Crucial says the SSD allows for easier upgrading from a traditional hard drive as it provides the step-by-step information users need to install an SSD.

Crucial says the SSD allows users to help extend the life of older computers while at the same time being able to easily boot up and load apps faster. The BX300 is supported by the Crucial Storage Executive software tool for easy drive maintenance.

The SSD is available now on Amazon.com or on the Crucial website with prices beginning at $59.99.
