Microsoft Corp. has expanded its Surface product line with the Surface Laptop that uses Intel Corp.’s 7th generation Intel Core processors.
The laptop weighs in at a svelte 2.75 pounds, has a 13.5-inch PixelSense screen and a Dolby Premium Audio system under the Alcantara fabric keyboard. The laptop is available in the following colors: platinum, burgundy, cobalt blue and graphite gold.
Microsoft says the laptop operates with a 14-hour battery life and has enough power for both students and professionals. Microsoft will begin selling the laptop on June 15, and it is available for preorder now.
