The FA1A60N power supply control and the FA6B20N resonance control IC are designed to automatically detect output and reduce switching frequency which helps in limiting power loss contributing to a more energy efficient design, Fuji says.
Both ICs are installed in AC adapters and other power supply devices for use in LCD TVs, office automation equipment, LED lighting, communications equipment, industrial equipment and more. The devices convert home and factory power sources to the DC power used to run devices and equipment located inside these areas.
Both parts, which are available now, also reduce the number of parts required because it can automatically detect output power saving designers overall development and product cost.
