The three devices include the TGM2635-CP 100W MMIC amplifier for satellite communications, data links and radar applications; the TGA2307-SM 50W MMIC amplifier for radar applications in low-cost plastic packaging; and TGA2963 20W MMIC amplifier for wideband communication platforms, radar systems, electronic warfare and test instrumentation.
Qorvo says the power amplifiers offer a great efficiency and gain in small form factors that do not compromise performance in order to develop next-generation defense products optimized for size, weight and power.
