Modelithics has released the Modelithics COMPLETE Library v25.6 for Keysight Technologies’ Advanced Design System (ADS). This release includes 14 new scalable models, representing over 600 components. This new release is compatible with Keysight ADS 2026 and is also backwards compatible with older Keysight ADS versions.

The Modelithics COMPLETE Library now represents over 29,000 components for 80 manufacturers.

This release includes a new Microwave Global Model for an attenuator from International ManufacturingSource: ModelithicsSource: Modelithics Services (IMS). This model is validated up to 20 GHz and scales with respect to part values, substrates and solder-pad dimensions. Also included within this release is the first of three new models for varactor chips from CapV Micro. These models are all validated to 67 GHz and include Modelithics advanced model features, including temperature scaling from 25° C to 85° C.
