APEC 2025: Simplify your path to innovation with Richardson RFPD

13 March 2025

Applied Power Electronics Conference (APEC) 2025 is celebrating its 40th anniversary and will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, from March 16 to March 20, at the Georgia World Congress Center. The event offers benefits such as access to a major power electronics conference with over 6,000 attendees, 750 technical presentations, 18 education seminars and a three-day exposition with over 270 exhibitors.

Field application engineers and technical sales teams from Richardson RFPD will be available to assist attendees in exploring the full range of active, passive and thermal products offered to enhance designs for power conversion and energy storage systems.

Products to be showcased will include:

  • Evaluation boards for onsemi 1,200 V silicon carbide (SiC) modules. These are designed for double pulse test and open loop power test of onsemi’s half bridge and full bridge modules.
  • 2.3 kV SiC WolfPACK Gen 4 power modules from Wolfspeed designed specifically for 1,500 V bus applications and to enable the shift from an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT)-based three-level architecture to a simplified 2-level power conversion system.
  • A high-voltage auxiliary SiC E-fuse demonstrator from Microchip. This high-voltage solid-state relay offers over-current protection for hybrid electric vehicle, electric vehicle and other non-automotive DC solid-state circuit breaker applications.

Register for APEC 2025 and visit Richardson RFPD at Booth 539.
