United Silicon Carbide, Inc. and Richardson Electronics will present a seminar discussing the use of silicon carbide technology for power design during the Applied Power Electronics Conference (APEC), which is scheduled to take place at the Tampa Bay Convention Center in Tampa, Florida, from March 26 through March 30.
The United Silicon Carbide and Richardson seminar will take place on March 27 at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina across from the convention center from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. Presenters will be United Silicon Carbide Vice President of Engineering Dr. Anup Bhalla and Director of Applications Matt O’Grady. They will explain the advantages of wide bandgap silicon carbide semiconductors for power system design. The seminar will include lunch and will give attendees a chance to have one-on-one meeting sessions with the presenters.
