Newark, a division of Avnet Inc., has launched the Design, Build, Maintain Hub, a platform for engineers to streamline development of new products from conception to maintenance.
The hub allows developers to access a range of in-stock components for design and prototyping including more than 13,000 development kits and evaluation boards. This allows these companies and designers to explore numerous new and existing technologies from global suppliers, Newark said.
Under the hub, Newark sourced more than 2,000 products from manufacturers to allow for saving time and resources by these manufacturers. These parts include:
- Semiconductors
- Electromechanical parts
- Wires and connectors
- Hardware
- Accessories
Additionally, the hub will include maintenance and repair solutions for a range of automation and control solutions, production supplies and industrial test and tools, Newark said.
