Parking space detection for self-driving cars comes to CES 2022

Software developer StradVision will showcase its latest software developments including parking space detection features and vision perception for augmented reality applications at the upcoming CES 2022 trade show in Las Vegas.

StradVision’s SVNet is a suite of vision processing offerings that include artificial intelligence-based recognition performance with less consumption of computing power. SVNet achieves higher efficiency in memory use and energy consumption and can be optimized to any system-on-chip (SoC) for automotive applications.

The software also uses deep neural networks and the software works seamlessly with lidar and radar sensors.

The company will demonstrate at CES:

  • SVNet for driving
  • SVNet for parking
  • SVNet for augmented reality applications
  • Object detection, various parking space detection
  • Demonstration system-on-chips from Texas Instruments, Renesas, Ambarella, Qualcomm and Nvidia
  • Entry-level smart camera

CES 2022 takes place in Las Vegas from Jan. 5-8.
