IXYS Corporation has expanded its Surface Mount Device (SMD) Power Schottky diode portfolio in DPak (TO-252), with six new parts rated 10 to 15 A and 30 to 200 V. Additionally, a 10 amp common cathode configuration with 100 volts is offered as a compact solution for secondary output rectification for a wide range of battery charger products, bypass diode circuits, and protection and clamping applications.
IXYS’s Schottky diode portfolio provides nine voltage classes from 8 volts up to 200 volts with three different Schottky contact technologies, yielding the highest performance in forward voltage drop, reverse leakage losses and robustness for many different applications. The current range spans from 5 amps up to 300 amps performed with single die solutions. The package portfolio contains the SMD DPak (TO-252), D2-Pak (TO-263) and D3-Pak (TO-268), as well as the standard through-hole-technology cases, TO-220 and TO-247.
For high-current and high-power solutions, IXYS also offers its latest ISOPLUS technology, the ISO247, which is mechanically identical to a TO-247, and the well-proven SOT-227B (minibloc), allowing up to 300A for a single Schottky diode device.
Standard delivery mode for DPak is tape and reel.
