The DTCD and DTCJ 1.27 mm pitch DIP switches are ultra-miniature SMT components designed for high-density electronic applications. With a low profile height of just 2.2 mm and up to 46% PCB space savings compared to traditional 2.54 mm solutions, they enable significant footprint reduction without compromising functionality.
Available in Gullwing and J-bend terminations, both versions are optimized for automated SMT assembly, reducing manufacturing complexity and cost. The switches support up to 1,000 mechanical cycles and operate reliably across a temperature range of -40° C to 85° C. Low contact resistance (≤100 mΩ initial) and stable electrical ratings (up to 100 mA at 50 V) ensure consistent signal performance.
