High-speed, low dark current InGaAs area image sensors for IR industrial applications

Hamamatsu Photonics announces the launch of its new indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) area image sensors (G16561 to G16564-0909T), offering high dynamic range, ultra-low dark current and a frame rate of up to 116 fps. The integrated three-stage thermoelectric cooling system reduces noise for accurate low-light and infrared detection, while multi-line readout enables fast, flexible performance for agri-photonics, plastic sorting and food safety spectroscopy.

Well suited for engineers and R&D teams tackling complex industrial challenges, especially in agri-photonics, plastic sorting, and spectroscopy for food safety, these new InGaAs area image sensors offer clear advantages:
