Global electronics distributor Mouser Electronics is now carrying a portfolio of diodes, MOSFETs, IGBT and silicon carbide (SiC) diode power integrated modules (PIMs) as well as AEC-Q100 devices from Onsemi.
The PE24108 two-stage buck regulator IC can be used for applications such as optical transceiver modules, network interface cards and memory cards. Source: Murata The devices are optimized for energy infrastructure and industrial drive applications that require a high breakdown voltage.
Called the EliteSiC family, these power devices include a BV rating of 1700 volts and provide an improved margin between the maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) and the peak repetitive reverse voltage of the diode. These devices allow designers to achiever stable high-voltage operation at elevated temperatures while offering high efficiency enabled by SiC.
The NTH4L028N170M1 EliteSiC MOSFET offers a maximum gate-to-source voltage (VGS) range of negative 15 V to 25 V. This makes it suitable for fast switching applications where gate voltages are increasing to negative 10 V, Mouser said.
Additionally, the MOSFET has a gate charge of 100 nC at a test condition of 1,200 V at 40 amps. This enables the device to achieve high efficiency in fast switching, high power renewable energy applications.
