For generations, robots have captured the imaginations of children and adults alike. They have appeared in countless films, TV shows and books — ranging from the works of Asimov to Lost in Space, Star Wars and Short Circuit. Today, robots are taking starring turns in dramas such as Westworld, or as Gladiators in Battlebots.
