20 August 2019

Components Corporation, manufacturer of precision printed circuit board interconnect products, has introduced the versatile surface mount TP-110-02-2-T printed circuit board test point.

The economical, sub-miniature TP-110-02-2-T was designed to provide a secure anchoring point for j-hooks Source: Components CorporationSource: Components Corporationfacilitating the connection for field-level testing. The loop configuration holds probes fast, without the slippage common to posts or turrets. The TP-110-02-2-T offers a small footprint and ultra-low profile ideally suited for advanced surface mount printed circuit board applications. All of Components Corporation's line of surface mount and through-hole test points are field-proven, with applications ranging from consumer electronics to medical and aerospace technology and beyond.

The TP-110-02-2-T is manufactured from phosphor bronze stock. The use of flat stock provides a larger surface area for mounting, important when considering the mechanical stresses common to the testing process. With an 0.0603 package size, the TP-110-02-02-T is available with a 0.0001 minimum matte tin finish over 0.00001 nickel plate and is compatible with the reflow soldering process. Units are supplied in tape and reel format, 2000 pieces on 7" reels, for automatic placement systems. The tape format conforms to the ANSI/EIA-48 I standard.

Components Corporation ensures the highest standards in performance. All of its products may be specified for use in a wide range of mission-critical applications, all abiding by the current RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC as well as REACH Regulations EC 1907/2006.
