Power supply start-up Hyper has introduced a new portable USB-C power pack called Hyper Juice that contains three fast charging ports for multi-device simultaneous charging.
Hyper Juice has two USB-C power delivery 3.0 profiles at 100 W and 60 W in a single battery pack as well as an 18 W USB-A Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 port for mobile devices.
The battery pack can charge a large laptop, midsized laptop or tablet and a mobile device at the same time and can also power cameras, GoPros, headphones, speakers, VR headsets, Nintendo Switches and drones. The device can even power a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 16 as it requires 100 W of power, Hyper said.
Hyper Juice offers a maximum 27000 mAh battery capacity that allows it to still go on airplanes but is 28 percent smaller than other battery packs, Hyper said.
Because the Hyper Juice battery pack has a 100 W USB-C power delivery, it takes about one hour to fully recharge and can power other devices while it is charging.
The battery pack is currently on Kickstarter where the company is drumming up word-of-mouth and final funding for manufacturing. The device has already garnered three times its initial goal, but you can still take advantage of early bird offers by visiting Kickstarter.
