Aqua Bio Technologies, LLC has announced the launch of the first closed-loop biologic water restoration system to re-use 100 percent of the water that goes down the drain in commercial vehicle washes.
Commercial vehicle wash operators in North America can create a continuous source of clean, spot-free-rinse quality water without the expense of adding new water into the system. The solution is beneficial for car washes that don’t have a sewer system or those that don’t want to dispose of wastewater through the municipal sewer system.
Aqua Bio Technologies’ solutions are available for underground systems in new construction, above ground systems for existing location and equipment rehab. Water restored through the Bio Complete System is clean with oxygen levels of over 60 percent, oil emulsion levels less than 5 ppm, PH 6.5 – 8.0, COD reduction to 1:10 and BOD levels less than 150 mg/1. However, additional filtration through the Bio Softreat System has the same quality and clarity of distilled water.
