Innodisk Announces VLP DRAM for Extreme Temperatures

19 January 2018

Innodisk, a service-driven provider of flash memory solutions, is launching an industrial-grade, wide temperature, very low profile (VLP) DRAM module series. The DDR4 modules are designed to meet the many challenges associated with the rapid growth and changes seen in markets such as networking, surveillance and telecommunications.

The modules are ideal for surveillance, networking and telecom applications. They meet the demand for faster speeds and reliability, especially in the surveillance and emerging 5G networking markets. The modules are tested and qualified for use in temperatures ranging from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius and the low profile (0.738 in.) enables easy integration into routers and surveillance devices. Innodisk can guarantee that all DRAM chips are original grade and offer extensive technical and longevity support.
