ADLINK's new generation x86 Smart Cameras feature Intel® Atom™ quad core 1.91 GHz processors and FPGA-based image pre-processing. The increased computing power and FPGA coprocessors deliver advanced image processing beyond the capabilities of conventional smart cameras.

The x86 NEON-1021 is supplied with rich software support and API compatibility to enable easy migration from original x86 platforms. This helps to eliminate software and development language burdens across the platform, reducing time to market.

The advanced smart camera features 2MP global shutter image sensors and PWM lighting control support. It is built to withstand the harshest industrial environments with an IP67-rated housing and M12 connectors. It is also optimized for networking with one additional slave GigE Vision camera connection, four isolated inputs, four isolated outputs and a VGA output for integration with external devices.
