03 July 2024

LEMO Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of the proven REDEL series Push-Pull connector with the new REDEL MP series. It goes beyond the traditional connectors allowing customers to configure, design and build their own custom connector easily in a modular way from a broad range of standard modules.

This series features a wide choice of standard modules for power, signal, data, fiber optic and fluidicSource: LEMO CorporationSource: LEMO Corporation connectivity that can be combined into one single connector to address an extensive range of applications. The REDEL MP series also introduces high contact density modules, an innovation that allows up to 144 contacts in a compact connector by using the Card Edge concept. These PCB modules can be further customized with the integration of intelligence, such as an EEPROM. The flexible and interchangeable design allows users to transition easily to different configurations for future generations of a product without an interface design change.

This innovative product is designed to target an evolving heterogeneous market segment where there are connectivity challenges for demanding applications in the medical, test and measurements, security and industrial applications among others.

LEMO REDEL MP series key features:

• Inner push-pull locking mechanism

• Compact and space saving design

• High density of up to 144 contacts (PCB)

• Modularity mix with four slots

• Integration of custom intelligence possible

• Blind mating

• Scoop proof

• Plastic shell made of polyphenylsulfone

• Suitable for sterilization

• Quick and easy dip in/dip out assembly
