AMETEK Abaco introduces single board computer for military command and control

Alabama-based AMETEK Abaco Systems has introduced its SBC3513L single-board computer for modern industrial and military applications.

Developed to correspond with the Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) technical standard, the SBC3513L reportedly delivers balanced processing power and optional field-programmable gate array (FPGA)-based time-sensitive networking (TSN) endpoint capabilities for mission- and safety-critical systems.

Featuring the Intel Xeon W processor, 100 Gigabit Ethernet data plane and onboard Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ FPGA for additional programmable capabilities, the SBC3513L is intended for command and control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance applications.
