Samsung Electronics has rolled out an update to its Ballie home companion robot at CES 2024 to include more features to help consumers in their daily activities.
The robot includes new artificial intelligence (AI) functions that are designed for advanced tasks not previously available in the other iterations of the robot.
Ballie was first introduced in 2020 and has been updated a few times since then. These latest updates allow for the robot to be more inclusive and active in the home.
Some of the tasks that Ballie can perform include:
- Send video updates
- Text photos and messages
- Set a mood in the home
- Project workout videos on walls
- Play music
- Answer phone calls
- Learn a user’s patterns
