Eaton EV chargers now available through Newark

24 March 2023

Newark, a division of Avnet, is now carrying a range of electric vehicle (EV) chargers from Eaton for fast charge points in the home, offices and other commercial facilities.

The chargers provide data-driven insights for managing the impact of charging on a building’s infrastructure.

The range of EV chargers include:

  • 11.5 kw EV charger
  • 9.6 kw EV charger
  • 7.7 kW EV charger
  • Power defense circuit breaker
  • EV charger’s pedestal mount

According to Newark, there are more than 2.5 million battery and plug-in hybrid vehicles. With all automotive OEMs transitioning to electrified models, the demand will continue to rise. Newark said it can help plan for future demand for those looking to implement charging stations into infrastructure.
