Women in Electronics expands Board of Directors

01 November 2021

Women in Electronics (WE), a 501(c)(3) public charity providing leadership training and development, mentorship, networking, thought-leadership events, and resources that advance results in gender parity in the electronics industry, has announced that William Lowe Jr., co-chief executive officer at Yageo Corporation, and Lanän M. Clark, regional director wealth management at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company, have joined the Board of Directors for Women in Electronics. Mr. Lowe and Mrs. Clark will now work alongside president/CEO and founding director Jackie Mattox, vice president and founding director Monica Highfill, and founding director Amy Keller to drive the vision, mission and goals of the organization.

“I am honored to join the Women’s in Electronics Board of Directors, and I am looking forward to working with the other Board members to continue the efforts to broaden the reach, scope, and influence of women in our industry,” said William Lowe.

Lanän M. Clark said, “It’s such an honor and privilege to have the opportunity to serve on the Board of WE alongside stalworths of business — both within the electronics industry and otherwise. Jackie’s vision extends well beyond electronics and WE’s mission resonates with all women who are in male-dominated industries. I’m excited about being a part of WE’s transformational work to empower, equip and embolden!”

“This is a tremendous moment in the evolution of Women in Electronics. Bill and Lanän will have a significant impact on the WE community as they help advance progress towards gender parity in the electronics industry,” said Jackie Mattox. “On behalf of the Advisory Council and Founding Directors/Executive Committee, I am honored to welcome Bill Lowe and Lanän Clark to the Women in Electronics Board of Directors and look forward to working alongside them to advance our mission in the industry.”
