A new low noise amplifier from Qorvo is engineered for electronic warfare, phased array radar and communications system applications where low noise figure, low power consumption and small size are critical to mission success. The amplifier supports the full 6 GHz to 18 GHz band and features an industry best low noise figure of 1.4 dB across the 12 GHz bandwidth.

The CMD328K3 is a 50 ohm matched design that eliminates the need for external DC blocks and radio frequency port matching. It delivers these benefits in a leadless, 3 mm x 3 mm plastic surface mount package designed for ease of integration and is an alternative to larger and more costly hybrid amplifiers.
