Source: ECIAOffering an in-depth look at the electronics components industry, the 2019 edition of the ECIA Executive Conference bills itself as an event designed to illuminate industry challenges and enable leaders to guide their organizations into the coming decade. This year's theme is "Vision 2020: Leading with Clarity."
Located at the Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel, the conference runs from Oct. 20-22, 2019. Although the conference runs just a day and a half, ECIA promises a packed schedule. Speaker sessions will include topics such as the digital transformation of manufacturing, industry outlook and organizational development.
New this year is a networking breakfast that offers a chance for industry leaders to share their experiences with up-and-coming professionals attending as members of the Spark Professional Development Group. Spark is an organization co-sponsored by the Electronic Components Industry Association (ECIA) and the Electronics Representatives Association (ERA). An all-industry luncheon will also be hosted by Women in Electronics (WE).
