A recently announced partnership between NAC Semi, an electronic component design services and distribution company headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, and Isabellenhuette, a German innovator in the precision measurement technology space, has made NAC Semi the exclusive North American distributor for Isabellenhuette’s wide range of low ohmic power resistors and precision measurement sensors.
According to NAC Semi, Isanbellenhuette is “one of the most important” manufacturers of electrical resistance materials and thermoelectric materials, as well as passive components for the automotive, electrical and electronics industries.
Attendees of the Applied Power Electronics Conference (APEC) running March 17 to 21, 2019, in Anaheim, California, can visit NAC Semi’s booth to see some of these products on display.
Also on hand at the NAC Semi booth will be products from Firecomms LTD, a provider of fiber-optic solutions and optical transceivers. Firecomms’ RedLink series of transceivers are designed to provide galvanic isolation and noise immunity in challenging industrial environments. New additions to the Firecomms line include plugless OptoLock and vibration- and mechanical shock-resistant LC transceiver solutions that operate at the same DC-50 MBd data rate commonly used in the RedLink family. Applications of Firecomms’ 250 Mbps OptoLock and LC transceivers include the networking of drives and related industrial systems; the devices support industrial ethernet standards such as EtherCAT and custom, proprietary protocols.
