VMI's 1N6535 diode is an axial-leaded, mil-qualified (QPL), hermetically sealed, fully tested, high voltage diode. Tested in accordance with Mil-Prf-19500/577, the 1N6535 is available as a JANTX, or JANTXV device. Electrical specifications include 10kV, 25mA, 70ns. On-time delivery and ultra-reliability are only two reasons to expect the best.

20kV. 25mA. 100ns. Those are the ratings of the X200UFG hermetically-sealed, high voltage diode from VMI. The glass body is rugged and tough. The axial leads make it perfect for through-hole applications running at 20kHz and higher. This device features great thermal conductivity and low junction capacitance — must haves for efficient, high voltage design.

Rated at 16kV, 10mA, the M160UFG is an axial-lead hermetically sealed high voltage diode. The fast recovery time and 16kV blocking voltage makes it useful in high voltage running at 50kHz and higher.

Rated at 10kV, 5mA, the M100FF3 and M100FF5 are hermetically sealed high voltage diodes. Their ultra-super-fast reverse recovery times of 30ns and 50ns make them useful in high voltage switching power supplies running at 50kHz and higher.

The X150FF3 diode blocks 15kV in the reverse direction, conducts 50mA in the forward direction, and features a reverse recovery time of 30ns. Amazing for it's size, VMI's X150FF3 is hermetically sealed making it suitable for operating in liquid mediums such as dielectric oil.

The trend to smaller power supplies necessitates compact, low cost transformers with pcb mounting without sacrificing quality. By using ex stock materials, we are able to offer short delivery times, even on small batches of custom built transformers.

These units can be finished fully shrouded (as picture right) for top chassis mounting or half shrouded for drop through chassis mounting. The audio mains transformers, as with all our mains transformers, have an earthed interwinding screen and can also be fitted with an external copper 'Q' band. Other special finishes can be accommodated on request subject to quantity requirements.

Typical applications for this type of transformer are motor control, machine tool control, control panels, alarm systems, distribution boards etc. The transformers are supplied as open types with universal frames for vertical or horizontal mounting and either terminal blocks or brass stud connections.
