Nanoco and Kyulux Partner for Next Generation Quantum Dot Displays

22 May 2017

Nanoco and OLED technology house Kyulux have formed a partnership to develop hybrid quantum dot next-generation displays.

Under the deal, Nanoco’s cadmium-free quantum dot technology will be combined with Kyulux’s hyperflourescent thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) technology for future hybrid OLED/QLED display technologies.

The companies say the combination of technologies means the displays will be cost effective for manufacturers while offering a high degree of brightness and pure color.
