Industry veteran John Boucher now head of component supplier C&K. Source: C&K Components Component supplier C&K Components has appointed industry veteran John J. Boucher as its new chief executive officer.
Boucher brings more than 30 years of diversified experience with leading global companies within the high-tech electronics manufacturing and services segment of C&K. Boucher most recently served as president and CEO of ModusLink, and before joining ModusLink, served as partner, chief commercial officer and chief operations officer at Symbotic LLC, a product and service company that provides robotics and automation solutions for high-volume distribution centers.
From 2004 to 2010, Boucher worked at Celestica Corporation, a $7 billion tier-one EMS company, where he held a number of executive-level positions, including EVP Global Sales and Solutions and President of Americas Operations, a $3 billion revenue division with 13,000 employees. Prior to joining Celestica in 2004, Boucher spent nine years as a founding team member of Manufacturers Services Ltd., where he was the executive for global operations and supply chain. He also spent more than 17 years with Digital Equipment Corporation.
Boucher replaces Frédéric Chevreton, who is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
