Rohde & Schwarz demonstrates comprehensive EMC portfolio through interactive challenges at EMC+SIPI 2025

13 August 2025

Rohde & Schwarz, a provider of high-performance test and measurement solutions, has announced its participation in the 2025 IEEE International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility, Signal & Power Integrity (EMC SIPI) in Raleigh, North Carolina, August 18 to August 22. The company will demonstrate its comprehensive portfolio of EMC test equipment, from advanced receivers and oscilloscopes to high-power amplifiers, antennas and automation software.

"This year at EMC SIPI, we're demonstrating the full breadth of our EMC testing capabilities through hands-on challenges that mirror real-world engineering problems," said Dr. Vignesh Rajamani, EMC application segment manager at Rohde & Schwarz. "Our comprehensive portfolio, including our expanded receiver product-line and new high-frequency antenna, as well as our amplifiers, oscilloscopes and automation tools streamlines the entire EMC compliance process while improving measurement accuracy and efficiency."

Rohde & Schwarz's interactive challenges give participants hands-on experience with cutting-edge EMC test equipment as they work through complex real-world engineering scenarios. The EMC+SIPI Debug Challenge uses R&S MXO5 and R&S RTO6 oscilloscopes for electromagnetic interference (EMI) debugging and power integrity troubleshooting, while the gallium nitride (GaN) Switching EMC Challenge combines the R&S MXO5 oscilloscope with the new extended frequency EPL EMI receiver for DC-DC converter emissions analysis. These challenges not only test participants' technical skills but provide relevant training with the latest test equipment.

Additionally, Rohde & Schwarz will showcase the breadth of their EMC test and measurement solutions through comprehensive booth demonstrations. Visitors will experience portable radiated emissions testing with the newly released R&S EPL1007 EMI receiver, conducted emissions setups, high-frequency amplifiers, the new HF1444G 44GHz antenna, and automated testing workflows featuring time domain scan technology and Elektra automation software.

The demonstrations highlight Rohde & Schwarz's diverse receiver portfolio, broad amplifier range, and automation solutions designed to streamline EMC testing workflows and improve measurement efficiency.

The EMC SIPI symposium serves as a premier gathering for industry and academic leaders focused on electromagnetic compatibility, signal integrity and power integrity challenges. Through its booth demonstrations, technical presentations and participation in workshops and Ask the Expert panels, Rohde & Schwarz continues to drive innovation and education in the EMC testing community.
