The integration of M83513 style micro-d connectors, DAP insulators, nickel-plated aluminum shells, and ETFE insulated wires ensures high performance even in space-constrained applications where size and weight are critical factors. Additionally, these components feature low outgassing materials, with levels under 1.0% total mass loss (TML) and less than 0.1% collected volatile condensable material (CVCM), meeting stringent requirements for space flight applications.
