iNRCORE LLC, a supplier of high reliability magnetics and other components to power the world’s next-generation systems, has acquired Vanguard Electronics, a manufacturer of both catalogue and custom high reliability magnetics for the most demanding applications in the defense, aerospace, space and medical industries.
As the latest addition to iNRCORE’s exclusive family of brands, Vanguard Electronics will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of iNRCORE with its existing leadership reporting directly to Sarah
Harris, CEO and president of iNRCORE. Vanguard Electronics will retain its headquarters in Huntington Beach, California, with an additional manufacturing facility located in Mexicali, Mexico.

The acquisition, backed by iNRCORE majority owner The Jordan Company, comes on the heels of the prior acquisition of Gowanda Components Group (GCG), a U.S.-based designer and manufacturer of high-performance electronic components for high-reliability applications. GCG is comprised of several well-known industry brands, including Gowanda Electronics, DYCO Electronics, TTE Filters, RCD Components, and other legacy brands.
