Extremely high linearity PIN limiter module for cellular infrastructure, 5G and military applications

28 August 2020

Skyworks has introduced a high linearity, low-threshold, dual PIN limiter diode module that addresses the growing need for receiver protection in cellular infrastructure (including 5G) and microwave radio communications.

The SKY16603-632LF is a fully integrated module comprised of two PIN limiter diodes and two DC blocking caps in a dual flat no lead package designed for use as a passive receiver protector in wireless systems up to 6 GHz.
