In his new capacity, Parry will retain his European managing director position while taking on additional responsibility for the four PEI-Genesis value-add assembling factories around the world – South Bend, Ind., Nogales, Mexico, Southampton, UK and Zhuhai, China.
“Since joining PEI-Genesis last summer, Jonathan has proven to be an insightful and strategic thinker,” said Steven Fisher, PEI-Genesis president and CEO. “As we grow and add capabilities in Asia, North America, and Europe, bringing Jonathan’s engineering knowledge and operational experience to our global perspective is crucial.”
Reporting to Parry will be Andy Stump, operations manager in South Bend, Ind., Humberto Morachis, operations manager in Nogales, MX and Tony Houghton, European operations director, based in Southampton, UK. Euan Sheldon, China operations director, based in Zhuhai, will also align to Parry while continuing to report directly to Asia Managing Director Alex Tsui.
Prior to joining PEI-Genesis in 2015, Parry was managing director for the European organization of Dialight plc, where he had P&L responsibility across manufacturing, R&D, sales, marketing and head office functions with 800 employees and manufacturing locations in the UK, Germany and Denmark.
